1. What comes with the Move Masters truck?

Each truck is fully equipped with 40 moving blankets, 2 box dollies, 2 carpeted four-wheelers, stretch wrap, 8 rubber floor runners for protection, movers tape, and all the essential tools needed to make your move safe and efficient.

2. Is Move Masters insured?

Yes! Every move includes $50,000 cargo insurance and up to $2 million in property damage coverage at no extra cost. Your belongings and your home are always protected.

3. Should I tip the movers?

Tipping is never required, but our hardworking team greatly appreciates it! Many clients tip between $25–$50 per mover for smaller moves and $50–$100 per mover for larger jobs. The amount is completely up to you.

4. What is your rescheduling and cancellation policy?

Deposits are fully refundable if changes are made at least 5 days in advance. We’re always happy to reschedule based on availability. Please call us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

5. Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept E-Transfer, Credit Card, and Cheques for payment. A hassle-free process from start to finish!

6. Do you charge by the hour?

Yes, for all local Calgary moves we charge by the hour. There are no hidden fees—no travel, gas, or truck surcharges. Just a fair, transparent hourly rate.

7. Do you offer onsite & virtual consultations?

Absolutely! We provide both in-person and virtual video quotes to make planning your move as easy as possible.
